Payment Information
To protect you and us against fraud, we require that all address information match what your credit card company has stored as a confirmed address. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your credit card company as a confirmed address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all.
Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 757-357-0135 so that we can verbally verify your addresses with your credit card company. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not have matching bill to and ship to addresses.
My Order is over 250 dollars.
All orders over $250 are required to go via UPS.
Your shipment is shipped insured and will require delivery confirmation, an adult at least 21 years of age must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package.
If you are expecting a shipment on Friday, you must make arrangements to be home during delivery or your package may be rerouted to be delivered back to you on Monday.
I live outside the US.
If your order is under $250 dollars, your local carrier may choose to leave the package in a secure location depending on his/her discretion. Although FirstCall does not take responsibility for loss due to packages left without signature, we will do our best to assist in making a claim for your missing package. We gladly ship paintball products to countries outside of the United States.
We offer three different options for payment:

· Paypal payment with a confirmed ship to address link to appropriate method

Can I pay for my order with a Wire Transfer?
Please email our accounting department at kathy@firstcallpaintball.com for our bank routing and account number information. Once you have obtained that information from our accounting department, be sure to respond with an email providing proof of payment along with a copy of your order. The best way to provide a copy of your order is to:
· Fill your shopping cart with items you are interested in purchasing.
· Be sure to get estimate on freight method you want if free shipping is not included and include in your total
· Be sure to include ship to information along with contact phone number
· You will receive a phone call or email upon receipt of payment and confirmation of shipment.
Can I mail in payment?

How do I pay with PayPal?
Be sure that your paypal account is valid and has a confirmed shipping address. We will not ship orders to unconfirmed shipping addresses.
